Service Terms and Conditions
Payment Options:
All payments are due prior to service to secure your reservation. Without pre-payment of service, we do not guarantee a reservation. Ongoing schedules are invoiced on the last day of the month for the upcoming month of services. We do not accept personal checks or cash as payment.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
At Litter Busters, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your service. We strive to accommodate our customers while also ensuring our team's schedule remains efficient.
Cancellations: To avoid a cancellation fee, we require 12+ hours notice prior to your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $10. Cancellations must be communicated to us via email at diana.ch@litter-busters.com or phone (623)698-7764.
Please ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation.
Rescheduling:
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Impediments:
If our team arrives at your property and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or other issues caused by the customer, it may be considered a cancellation with short notice and subject to the cancellation fee.
Exceptions: Potential exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis will be considered.
Privacy Policy:
At Litter Busters, we respect your privacy. We will not sell or use your mobile number for any other purpose. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text messages related to our services. However, we reserve the right to disclose information when necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
